Martali Wine presents Saperavi, a dry red wine made using the traditional Qvevri method. The organically certified grapes come from the Papari Valley in Akhasheni, Kakheti, Georgia and are produced by Martali Wine LTD in Shashiani.
Since 2016, Martali Wine has been combining Georgian wine tradition with the highest quality standards. Saperavi is produced by spontaneous fermentation in underground clay amphorae, based on an 8000-year-old method. The “Papari Valley” microzone offers ideal conditions for grapes of the highest quality.
