This is also the case in this dry white wine, the jewel made from Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. The Metzgers have once again succeeded in creating a wonderfully fresh and playful wine that you should definitely try! The harmony of this cuvée comes from the perfect balance of the two popular grape varieties, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. The fine aromas of the Pinot Blanc are accompanied by the fruity, aromatic notes of the Sauvignon Blanc, without being overpowered. Fruit, acidity and body are in perfect balance in this white wine and make it suitable for every situation. Feel free to experiment with Asian or oriental cuisine. Here, the gray-white "jewel" ideally complements spicy dishes with its fresh fruit. The wine also goes wonderfully with seafood.
