The white from red grapes The "Eins zu Eins" Blanc de Noirs from Diehl is a dry rosé wine from the Palatinate with a good acid structure. It combines the best of red grapes in a white wine, and also has a rosé shimmer. Exotic hints of mango and passion fruit round it off elegantly. The delicate melting quality of the stimulating fruity acidity provides the right bite, and on the palate, traces of floral hay and subtle paprika add spice and backbone.
