Dry Rkatsiteli Kvevri white wine
Discover the Rkatsiteli Kvevri white wine from the renowned wine region of Kakheti. This wine is harvested and destemmed by hand at optimal ripeness. The grapes ferment uncrushed for about three weeks in the Quevri, followed by malolactic fermentation and three months of maceration. After clarification, the wine matures for a few more months in stainless steel tanks.
