Saperavi is an intense red wine from the Kakheti region, made from 100% Saperavi grapes. Its deep dark red with violet reflections gives it a festive appearance.
Aromas: Ripe cherry, blackberries and blackcurrants, complemented by a subtle note of dried plum.
Taste: Juicy and fleshy, with aromas of blackberries and overripe cherries. The wine has a round aftertaste and ripe, firm tannins on the finish.
Alcohol content: 13.0% vol.
Sugar content: 0-4 g/l
Serving temperature: 14°C to 18°C
