This wonderful rosé from the Diehl winery comes from the Palatinate and is a finely tart cuvée made from 50% Portugieser, 35% Merlot and 15% Pinot Noir. So that the grapes can develop their full aromas right up to the end, they are only harvested when fully ripe in late autumn and then aged in steel tanks. This makes this rosé fruity, but also mild with pleasant berry aromas. A round and uncomplicated rosé wine that will inevitably make you want a second glass. Pure drinking pleasure! The Diehl couple have dedicated themselves entirely to the production of Palatinate grape varieties and concentrate fully on gently developing the tremendous temperament in the wine. The wines always bear the signature of the terroir and are not complicated or stylized techno wines. Their goal is to produce fruity and easy-to-drink wines - "real types" for everyday enjoyment.
