    A rosé to dream about Between holm oaks and cypresses in the midst of untouched nature, the Minervois region offers everything you need to produce a seductive southern French rosé wine. This is also the case for the Domaine de L'Ostal Rosé, a cuvée made from the two regionally typical grape varieties Syrah and Grenache. The grapes come from the cooler terroirs of the winery and are pressed and fermented at low temperatures after the harvest in order to fully preserve the beautiful cool and vibrant aromas of this extremely elegant rosé.
