Beschreibung:
This wine is harvested and destemmed by hand when it is optimally ripe. The grapes ferment uncrushed for about three weeks in Quevri, followed by malolactic fermentation and three months of maceration. After clarification, the wine matures for a few more months in stainless steel tanks.
Aroma: Intense with aromas of white and dried fruits as well as fine herbs.
Palate: Complex and mineral, finishing with ripe tannins.
