The classic Very cool! The ICE Rosé Signé Mouton Cadet is the latest creation from Mouton Cadet. It is an aromatic, fruity and fresh rosé wine from Baron Philippe de Rothschild. This summer rosé of the year is best enjoyed ice cold (at 5°C). The harvest takes place in the early morning hours, after which the wine is fermented cool to preserve the aromas as best as possible. It is then aged in steel tanks. This is why the wine offers a juicy fullness and notes of red fruits.
