Churchkhela is the traditional sweet snack from Georgia - natural, nutritious and delicious! This specialty is made from high-quality walnuts (15%), which are strung on a string and covered with a coating of thick grape juice (71%). After drying, a unique snack is created that is often served as a dessert.
Thanks to the valuable ingredients, especially the nutrient-rich walnuts, Churchkhela is a healthier alternative to conventional sweets. A possible white coating is a sign of natural sugar precipitation and not a quality defect.
