    1. Gin Tonic

    Gin and tonic were already mixed in the former British colony in India. While the drink has had a somewhat dusty image over the past few years, the cult mix is ​​now making a comeback in German bars and kitchens. And that's a good thing! Because gin and tonic is not only a real classic, but also really easy to make.

    Depending on your taste, you can mix your favorite tonic with the gin for a fresh flair and add a few ice cubes and a splash of lemon. Fruits and herbs also go well with gin and tonic. A cool drinking temperature is crucial. So put the tonic water and the glass in the fridge beforehand.

    The mixing ratio depends on how strong you like your gin and tonic. If you want your gin to be more pronounced, it is best to choose a mixing ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. If you prefer a milder and lighter gin and tonic, you should choose a mixing ratio of 1:3.
